William Nolan Pizer

William Nolan Pizer, 71, of Meadville, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Wesbury.

William was born in Grove City, on December 19, 1953, a son of the late David A. and Betty Jane (Uber) Pizer, Sr.

On August 17, 1974 William married Wanda Thomas; she preceded him in death on November 26, 2015.

In his earlier years, William was employed by DIC Tool and Meadville Forging. He earned his high school diploma through Commodore Perry High School. A US veteran, William served his country honorably as a member of the Marine Corps and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal. He was a huge fan of NASCAR as well as the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins. He enjoyed technology and time spent on his computer.

William is survived by three children Bridget J. Miller (Jason) of Port Richey, FL, Brandi S. Cole (Nicholas) of Cochranton, Nicholas Pizer (Chelsea) of Meadville; seven grandchildren; a sister Peggy Mansfield (Storm) of Cochranton; a brother David A. Pizer, Jr. of Meadville; nieces and nephews.

Per William's wishes, no services will be held.

William will be laid to rest in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
