William Frejd

William Frejd, 69, of 1215 Elm St., Meadville, passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2017, at home.

William was born in Sharon, on March 9, 1947, a son of the late William and Jane (Cargo) Frejd and was later adopted by his step-dad, Norwin Cargo.

He was an only child and is survived by a cousin and his many friends, who were like family to him, at CHAPS.

He was preceded in death by his parents and step-father.

William will be laid to rest next to his parents, Norwin and Jane, in St. Rose Cemetery, Hermitage.

A memorial service will be held at a later date which will be announced.

Arrangements are under the direction of Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville.
