Sandra Pauline Payne, 73, of Conneaut Lake passed away Thursday, February 12, 2026.
Sandra was born in Warren, Ohio, on May 17, 1952, a daughter of the late Worth and Bertha (McCune) Cottrell.
On October 3, 1989, Sandra married Terry Payne; he predeceased her on August 13, 2025.
Sandra is survived by two daughters Burlene McCune of Meadville, Jolene Cole Rossey (Norm) of Conneaut Lake, seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two sisters Linda Howells, Dolly Yeager; and Jolene's father Paul McSweeney.
She was preceded in death by a grandson Richard Brandt; four sisters, and two brothers.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, with Rev. Marshall Lillie officiating.
