Robert L. Kircher

Robert L. Kircher, 81, of Meadville, passed away Sunday, December 17, 2023, at Meadville Medical Center.

Robert was born in Meadville, on October 24, 1942, a son of the late Karl and Mary (Pucz) Kircher and was married to Joyce Chatley.

He was a member of St. Hippolyte Roman Catholic Church, Guys Mills.

A 1960 graduate of the former Randolph East Mead High School, Robert served his country honorably as a member of the National Guard. He was self employed in Plumbing and Heating and was also a Plumbing and Heating contractor for Agway and Burkhardt Sheet Metal Company.

A former member of Elks PBO #219, he was a member of Meadville Moose Lodge #2505 and Meadville Eagles Club #429. His hobbies included hunting, fishing and trapping.

Robert is survived by three children Tricia Kircher of Meadville, Mark Kircher (Michelle) of Guys Mills, Matthew Kircher of Meadville; three grandchildren Samantha Farrell (Justin), Sydney Kircher, Evan Crady; a great granddaughter Lakelynn Farrell due to be born in April, 2024; three sisters Nancy Duplaga (Stanley-deceased) of Pittsburgh, Margie DeMaison of Spring Hill, FL, Darlene Kircher of Brunswick, ME; two brothers Richard Kircher (Carol) of Waterford, Donald Kircher (Barb) of Meadville; Joyce Kircher of Meadville; many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at a future date.
