Racheal Renee (Petruso) Keener

Racheal Renee (Petruso) Keener, 46, of Guys Mills, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at home, surrounded by family.

Racheal was born in Meadville, on September 25, 1979, a daughter of Linda (Peterson) Gleeson and Robert Petruso.

On May 24, 2003, Racheal married the love of her life, Keith Keener; he survives.

Racheal graduated from Maplewood High School in 1999. Over the years she worked at Hoss's, Cracker Barrel, and The Country Club. She loved working for her dad at R.W. Petruso Hearing Aid Center and spent years building the Speedy Creations business with her husband, Keith.

Racheal was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma at the age of two which led to life long health challenges. She always kept an optimistic happy view of life and a "can do" attitude. Racheal loved traveling, gardening, painting, the many people she met throughout out her life, and loved her family deeply. In her younger years she enjoyed bowling and volunteering at the Chapmanville VFD.

In addition to her beloved, Keith, of 23 years, Racheal is survived by her mother Linda Gleeson (Robert); her father Robert Petruso (Arlene); brothers Dr. Robert Petruso (Amy), Travis Petruso, Garrett Gleeson; sisters Shannon Parish (Walter), Blair Erdeljac (Mark), Erica Abati (Brandan); sisters in law Kimberly Keener, Kelly Muckinhaupt; nieces and nephews Sicilia Wyman (Dr. Sam), Ethan Petruso, Sophia Parish, Kyler Abati, Sienna Abati, Nico Erdeljac, Vance Erdeljac; and her golden doodle, Jenny.

She was preceded in death by father in law Marvin Keener; mother in law Agnes Keener; and brother in law Kevin Keener.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 1-4 PM, at the Italian Civic Club, 869 Water St., Meadville, where a service will be held at 3 PM.
