Michael L. Dugan

Michael L. Dugan, 61, of Cochranton, formerly of Avalon, passed away on Sunday January 17, 2021.

He was born on 8-29-1959 in Scranton, PA, Lackawanna County.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Dugan Sr., brother, Robert L. Dugan Jr. and sister, Dee Ann Dugan.

He is survived by his loving mother, Dolores I. Dugan (Harvey), caring sister-n-law, Tina Dugan, nephews, Shane (fiance Molly Snyder) and Sean Dugan, Uncle Chuck Harvey and his wife Aunt Donna, brother-n- law, Ray Miller, plus many cousins and friends. Mike is also survived by his four children that he fondly held onto all of their childhood memories they shared together, close and forever in his heart, Nicole, Michael, Alysha and Kyle Dugan.

Mike enjoyed the outdoors and tended to the farmland. Currently he was working for Keystone Blind Association in Sharon, PA. He worked as a professional painter for KJ Johnston, PGH, PA, and also was a Boiler Room Technician at the former Bellevue Suburban General Hospital, PGH, PA. He graduated from Northgate High School in June of 1978, and attended North East Training Academy in Scranton, PA and graduated in June of 1980.
