Marian E. Glasser

Marian E. Glasser, 91, of Edinboro, formerly of Cambridge Springs, went home on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Edinboro Manor, after a long illness.

Marian was born in Chicago, IL on February 14, 1933, a daughter of the late Ben Plato and Eunice Virginia (Ferguson) Kuhn, Sr.

On October 2, 1954, Marian married John "Jack" Glasser; he predeceased her on October 24, 2000.

Marian was a devoted mother and enjoyed being a homemaker. In her younger years she worked for Kemper Insurance in Chicago, IL and Geico Insurance in Washington, DC. She was a 1951 graduate of Cambridge Springs High School. Her hobbies included traveling, going to garage sales, playing BINGO and making crafts. She was a great cook and wonderful baker.

Marian is survived by a son William E. Glasser of Waterford; sister Carolyn Kuhn of Girard; brothers Ben Plato Kuhn of Erie, David Kuhn (Joyce) of Glendale, AZ; sister in law Donna Kuhn of Saegertown; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Marian was preceded in death by brothers Richard, James, William, Thomas (Bonnie) and Donald Kuhn; sisters Harriet Aronson (Al), Virginia Ruckman (Harry), Lucille Martinez, Mary Louise Kuhn; and sister in law Rose Kuhn.

Services will be private.

Marion will be laid to rest in Cambridge Springs Cemetery.
