Kimberly S. Rotkovecz-Rambo, 57, of Meadville, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022, following a long and hard fought battle since 2008 against multiple types of cancer.

Kim was born in Meadville, on November 14, 1964, a daughter of the late John J. and Sandra (Ewing) Rotkovecz.

On June 21, 1994 Kim married Michael L. Rambo; he survives.

She was a member of Epiphany of the Lord Parish, St. Agatha Church, Meadville.

For many years Kim was employed as a personal care aid in both a nursing home setting as well as in home care. Prior to that she did clerical work. A 1983 graduate of Meadville High School, Kim also earned her medical assistant certification through the Vo-Tech. Kim enjoyed reading, baking and had an appreciation for the outdoors. She liked working in her flower garden, watching nature and also enjoyed motorcycle trips on the back roads with her husband Mike. Kim was gentle, yet strong.

In addition to her husband, Mike, of 27 years, Kim is survived by four sisters Judy Feleppa (George), Becky Schreckengost, Sherry Brown, Penny Rotkovecz (boyfriend Clint Prussia) all of Meadville; two brothers John E. Rotkovecz (Betty) of Conneautville, Steve "Rocky" Rotkovecz of Meadville; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.

In addition to her parents, Kim was preceded in death by three nieces Anieli Rotkovecz, Amy Rotkovecz, Stephanie Turner.; brother in law Mike Brown; maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents..

Family and friends are invited to call from 11:30 AM-12:45 PM on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVIES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1 PM at The Epiphany of the Lord Parish, St. Agatha Church, 353 Pine St. Meadville, with Fr. Joe Petrone, Parochial Vicar, officiating.

Kim will be laid to rest in Greendale Cemetery.

Memorial contributions made be made in Kim's memory to a charity of choice.

Kim wanted to thank her family, friends, doctors and medical staff who showed her love, provided outstanding care and supported her over the last 14 years. Especially Dr. Brown and the staff of the Barco Oncology Center and her husband Mike who was her strength. Kim would say it was her faith, family, and her husband Mike that kept her going over the years.
