Joseph "Joe" A Gingerich

Joseph "Joe" A. Gingerich, 78, of Cochranton, passed away Friday, December 17, 2021, at home.

Joe was born in Burton Township, OH, on February 1, 1943, a son of the late Andy and Anna (Shrock) Gingerich.

On April 23, 1964 Joe married Linda Mast; she survives.

In addition to his wife Linda of 57 years, Joe is survived by four children Marion Kauffman (Willis), Edna Mae Miller (Vernon), Marvin Gingerich (Lena), Christina Byler (Daniel); 23 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; two sisters Emma Miller, Laura Miller (Dan E.); a brother Crist Gingerich (Fannie).

In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM -7:30 PM on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at the Nelson Yoder residence, 8115 Frenchtown Rd., Cochranton, where the Funeral Service will be held at 9:30 AM on Sunday, December 19, with minister Mark J. Miller officiating.

Joe will be laid to rest in Frenchtown Amish Cemetery.
