Henry Ward Baldwin III

Henry Ward Baldwin III, known affectionately as “Skip,” 69, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, passed away on September 28, 2026, at his residence. He was born November 5, 1956, in Meadville, Pennsylvania, a son of the late Henry Ward Baldwin Jr. and Wanda Lea Greenwalt Baldwin

Skip was a graduate of Saegertown High School class of 1975. He was a member of Stealey United Methodist Church and enjoyed playing chess and working with his hands, particularly woodworking. Those who knew him will remember him for his kind and generous nature, his friendly and social personality, and his adventurous spirit.

He is survived by his two children, Jessica Kirkpatrick Boggs and Henry Ward Baldwin IV; his grandson, Aiden Henry Baldwin; his siblings, Leslie Latour and her husband Terry, Jeff Baldwin and his wife Roberta, Cheryl Baldwin, Wm. Todd Baldwin and his wife Linda; Clarica Stanish and her husband Frank; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Heidi Baldwin.

Henry’s wishes for cremation will be honored. A graveside service will be held at Saegertown Cemetery at a later date, which will be announced.
