Guy E. Burchill

Guy E. Burchill, 71, of Meadville, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2025, at Marquette Hospice House.

Guy was born in Meadville, on March 3, 1954, a son of the late John E. and Catherine "Jane" (Dunlap) Burchill.

On July 18, 2008 Guy married Tonja Polosky; she preceded him in death on November 28, 2024. He had previously been married to Marilyn L. Bernoski.

He had attended Cornerstone Church.

Following his 1972 graduation from Cambridge Springs High School, Guy entered the US Navy. Upon his honorable discharge, he attended Erie Technical School where he graduated with a degree in Electronics. For the next eight years he was employed by Xerox until 1982, then gained employment in Phoenix, AZ. Returning back to the area, in 1988 he began Keystone Heating and Air Conditioning which he operated until the present time. During many of those years he also did maintenance work for Edinboro University and taught Electronics at the Vo-Tech for ten years. For more than twenty years Guy practiced and had a passion for natural wellness, homeopathy, biofeedback, essential oils and nutritional therapy. He had a private pilot license and loved flying as well as wood working and restoring old cars. Not only did Guy have a natural ability to look at something and fix it, but he also had a giving spirit to help others in any way he could. He had a kind and generous heart. He will be missed.

Guy is survived by three sons Robert Burchill (Dayna) of Venango, Bradley Burchill (Karen) of Saegertown, Kenneth Burchill of Meadville; seven grandchildren Blake, Quinton, Wyatt, Grayson, Calvin, Cullen, Brylee; and his sister Kristi Ann Senko of Phoenix, AZ.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 5-6 PM at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST. MEADVILLE, where a Memorial Service will follow at 6 PM with Phil Reinhardt officiating.

Guy and Tonja will be laid to rest together in Venango Cemetery.
