April 21, 1955 — November 24, 2025

Cambridge Springs, PA

David Michael Simcheck, 70, of Cambridge Springs, passed away Monday, November 24, 2025, at home with family at his side.

David was born in Meadville, on April 21, 1955, a son of the late George and Eileen (Blakeslee) Simcheck, Sr.

On October 7, 2000, David married Andrea Bronakoski; she survives.

While growing up, he was a member of First Church of God, Cambridge Springs.

David was a 1973 graduate of Cambridge Springs High School. From a very young age and into his final days, David loved his work on the family farm, Check Ridge Farms, which he managed with his brother, George. A hard worker all of his life, David had a passion for maintaining it and loved all things outdoors. He enjoyed taking care of his apple and pear orchard, cutting wood, and deer hunting with his family and friends. He also raised Border Collies and sold them all over the country. David had been active in 4H and had a soft spot in his heart for youth. He gladly shared his knowledge of and love for farming with them. He will be sadly missed.

In addition to his wife, Andrea, of 25 years, David is survived by a brother George Simcheck, Jr. of Cambridge Springs, four nephews whom he loved dearly, as well as his great nephews.

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by two brothers Mark and Stephen.

Family and friends are invited to call from 10-11 AM on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, where Funeral Services will follow at 11 AM with Vance Neal officiating.

David will be laid to rest in LeBoeuf Cemetery.
