Victoria 'Vicky' A. Sutliff, 80, of 959 Liberty St., Meadville, passed away Sunday, December 30, 2012 at Meadville Rehab & Nursing Center, Meadville.
Vicky was born in Erie on November 13, 1932, a daughter of the late Michael Angelo and Josephine (Euliano) Letizia.
She had married Clifford F. Sutliff, Sr.; he preceded her in death on November 14, 1990.
She was a member of St. Agatha Roman Catholic Church, Meadville.
At the age of 65 and after 37 years of service, Vicky retired in 1998 from the Teamsters Local Union #564 where she was Secretary/Treasurer for 25 years. In her earlier years she had been employed by the former Perrotto Grocery Store and Agway Sales. For many years Vicky was very active in the Democratic Party, having served as Secretary, Treasurer and Recorder. She was a member of Meadville Womens Bowling Association where she served as secretary and had been inducted into the Bowling Hall of Fame. Vicky volunteered her time at the Meadville Area Free Clinic and for RSVP. Her hobbies included shopping, clipping coupons, bowling, gardening, doing crossword puzzles, playing word games and she loved playing the Lottery.
Vicky is survived by two sisters Alice Consiglio of Meadville, Phyllis Amendola and her husband Carl of Erie, an aunt Mary Grace Grippi of Meadville, several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, Clifford, Vicky was preceded in death by two sisters Rose Rossi, Anna Letizia, two brothers-in-law Frank J. Consiglio and Richard Rossi.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, January 4, 2013, from 11-2 at Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville, where Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM with Fr. Matthew Kujawinski, Pastor of St. Agatha Roman Catholic Church, officiating.
Interment will take place in St. Brigid Cemetery, West Mead Twp.
Memorial contributions may be made to Meadville Area Fee Clinic, 216 Chestnut St., Meadville, PA 16335 or a charity of the donors choice.
