Ruth M. Caler

Ruth M. Caler, 89, of Saegertown, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Crawford County Care Center.

Ruth was born on December 21, 1931, a daughter of the late Fredrick and Fredia Lena (Petzold) Kushnereit.

She married Raymond A. Caler; he preceded her in death on March 29, 1997.

Ruth enjoyed being a full time homemaker and raising her children. She was a member of First Christian Church. Her hobbies included knitting and crocheting.

Ruth is survived by five children Robin Manies (Jeff) of Salem, OH, Rae Hamilton of Waterford, Ronda Gory Caler, Roy Caler (Michelle) both of Floria, Robert Caler of Guys Mills; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a brother Karl Kushnereit (Marion) of Mars.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Raymond, Ruth was preceded in death by two brothers Robert and Rudolph who was her twin.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, with Pastor Harold Walton, Chaplain of Crawford County Care Center, officiating.

Ruth will be laid to rest in Lyons Cemetery
