Russell Joseph Bubna

Russell Joseph Bubna (Russ), 65, of Conneaut Lake, passed away at his residence, Tuesday, December 1, 2020.

Russell was a 1973 graduate of Conneaut Valley High School. He retired after a long career as a helmsman working on the Great Lakes.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen and Susan Jeraldine (Kelly) Bubna of Springboro; two brothers Stevie L. Bubna of Springboro, R. Douglas Bubna of Northeast; and a brother in law Edgar L. "Dick" Hurley of Charleston, SC.

Survivors include two brothers Denis (Jane) Bubna of Meadville, Timothy (Theresa) Bubna of Abita Springs, LA; two sisters Jeannette Hurley of Charleston, SC, Andrea Bubna of Erie; a sister in law Joan Bubna of Northeast; several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are under the direction of STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE.
