Rev. Brenda M. Beck

Rev. Brenda M. Beck, 71, of Meadville, lost her battle with cancer on Sunday, June 12, 2022, with her two sons by her side.

Brenda was born in Meadville, on September 22, 1950, a daughter of the late Arthur Richard and Florence (Buttray) Miller.

She was a Reiki Master Teacher and a member of the United Christian Spiritualist Church.

A 1968 graduate of Meadville High School, Brenda furthered her education by attending Edinboro University. She had worked for Kebort and DeVore Construction Companies. She was a wonderful cook, baker, and candy maker. Having survived multiple battles with cancer, she had a deep appreciation for life. She loved all things angels, nature, birds and wildlife but her greatest passion was being a Mom. She will be deeply missed.

Brenda is survived by two sons Justin M. Beck (companion Mara) of Meadville, Adam R. Beck (Irina) of Quakertown; a granddaughter Janelle Beck; a brother Dr. Daniel Miller (Rebecca) of Bangor, MI; a sister Christine Jonas of Meadville; many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Brenda's life at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at the Beck home, 8093 Franklin Pike, Meadville.

Memorial contributions may be made in Brenda's memory to Yolanda G. Barco Oncology Institute, 16792 Conneaut Lake Road, Meadville, PA 16335.
