Perry M. Rubner

Perry M. Rubner, 86, of Conneaut Lake, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at Marquette Hospice House.

Perry was born at home in Saegertown, on June 18, 1934, a son of the late Perry W. and Jesse (Bierwerth) Rubner.

On November 28, 1952, Perry married Helen Heme; she preceded him in death on May 19, 2020.

In 1996 Perry retired from K & S Tool, Die & Manufacturing. He had previously been employed by Talbar Tool & Die, Greenleaf Corporation and the former Meadville Malleable. He attended Saegertown schools. A former member of American Legion Post #111, Perry was a long time member of the Meadville Eagles Club. Perry loved working with his hands. Whether working on a small project or building his own home, Perry's work was meticulous. His flower gardens and vegetable gardens showcased his green thumb. In addition to his parents and wife, Helen, of 67 years, Perry was preceded in death by a son Perry Rubner, Jr.; sisters Edna Enssle, Mildred Burger, Eleanor Trimm, Doris Derby, Opal Furno, Marie Wellman; and brother Glen Rubner.

No public services will be held.
