Patrick L. ReBrassier of Meadville, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018, at Rolling Fields Eldercare Community, Conneautville.

Patrick was born in Meadville, on St. Patrick's Day, 1936, a son of the late Herbert and Kathryn (Burkhardt) ReBrassier and died just shy of his 82nd birthday.

On September 25, 1999, Patrick married Mary Ellen Smith; she survives.

He was a member of St. Agatha Roman Catholic Church, Meadville.

After 38 years of service, Patrick retired in 2001 from Greenleaf Corporation where he worked as a tool maker. Following his retirement, he enjoyed working at Conneaut Lake Park. A US veteran, Patrick entered the Marine Corps on December 16, 1957 and served his country until his honorable discharge on December 15, 1961, with time served in Japan. He was a graduate of Meadville High School. A lifetime member of Saegertown American Legion Post #205, he volunteered as Bingo Chairman and countless hours in the baseball concession stand. Patrick enjoyed playing Bingo, spending time with his family and relaxing at home with his dog Scrappy.

In addition to his wife, Mary, Patrick is survived by daughter Lynn Crawford (James), stepdaughters Brenda Lewis, Julie Gates (Chris), and stepson Robert Bartholomew Jr. (Jennifer). He also leaves behind his sisters Linda ReBrassier, Iva Krasa (Richard), brother Joe ReBrassier (Marilyn), six grandchildren Randy Crawford, Melinda Crawford, Amber Bartholomew, Stephanie Jackson, Brooke Lewis, Amanda Lewis, six great grandchildren Robert Crosley III, Anthany Crosley, Iwyn Ender, Ivie Ender, Madaline Brumbaugh, and Sarah Snow.

In addition to his parents Patrick was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Theodore and Mary Smith, and sister Jean Walker.

Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday from 3-6 at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, where Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM beginning with a service by Saegertown American Legion, Post #205, followed by Fr. Jeffrey Lucas, Pastor of St. Agatha Church, and concluding with Full Military Honors by VFW Post #2006.
