Patricia Ann Keas

Patricia Ann Keas, 91, of Meadville, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023, at Wesbury United Methodist Community.

Patricia was born in Meadville, on July 10, 1931, a daughter of the late Frank Frederick and Alice Pearl (Gilmore) Ferguson.

On October 18, 1952, Patricia married Robert "Bob" E. Keas; he survives.

She was an active member of North Watson Run Presbyterian Church where she helped with teaching Sunday School.

Patricia was a 1951 graduate of Saegertown High School. Over the years she was employed by the former Fanny Farmer, Lilla's, the Crawford Store, Carlisle's, and Wolfe Hardware Store. A member of the Order of the Eastern Star, she served as past Worthy Matron, past President of the Grottoette's, and past Mother Advisor of Rainbow Girls. She liked helping others and enjoyed volunteering with many organizations including 4-H and PTA. Taking care of her family brought her much joy. She was an excellent cook. Patricia was crafty, strong willed, loving, and caring. She was a three time cancer survivor. To her family, she will be most remembered as a teacher and hero. She will be missed

In addition to her husband, Bob, of 70 years, Patricia is survived by three children Cynthia Klink (Gary) of Hartstown, Gerald Keas (Nancy), Constance Zimmerman (Hank) both of Conneaut Lake; grandchildren Jeremy Klink, Jestina Klink (companion Joshua Spronatti), Erinn Hower (Todd), Macey Zimmerman (companion Jonathan Sciallo), Kate Minman (Brian), Ben Williams; great grandchildren Audrey Klink, Aubree Williams, Hunter Klink, Ian Minman, Emily Minman, Brycen Williams, Sage Hower, Harper Williams; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers George, Otis and Merle Ferguson.

Family and friends are invited to call from 5-7 PM on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, where a service by the Order of the Eastern Star will be held at 5 PM, and Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM on Friday, April 14, 2023 with Dr. Richard Learn officiating.

Patricia will be laid to rest in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
