Mildred 'Millie' Ann Frisina, 83, of 20881 State Hwy. 198, Saegertown, formerly of 380 Arch St., Meadville, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at Meadville Medical Center.

Millie was born in Meadville, on July 9, 1930, a daughter of the late Anthony and Rosalie (Piazza) Saggio.

On October 13, 1951 Millie married Anthony J. Frisina; he preceded her in death on November 22, 1962.

She was a member of St. Brigid Roman Catholic Church and the Altar Rosary Society.

After 42 years of service, Millie retired in February, 1994, from the former Talon, Inc. of Meadville where she was employed as Secretary to the Plant Manager. She was a 1948 graduate of Meadville High School. Millie had been a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas and of the Italian Civic Club. She will be remembered as a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister.

Millie is survived by two sons Michael Frisina and his wife Diana of Meadville, Stephen Frisina and his wife Linda of Encinitas, CA, a daughter Christine Tighe and her husband Terry of Erie, four grandchildren Matthew, Stephan and Erin Tighe, Michael Frisina, two great grandchildren, a sister Augie Saggio, a brother Louis Saggio both of Meadville, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Anthony, Millie was preceded in death by a grandson Shawn Patrick Tighe, two brothers Nick and Phil Saggio.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, July 12, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 at Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville, where a Scripture Service will be conducted at 7:30 PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30 PM on Saturday at St. Brigid Roman Catholic Church, 383 Arch St., Meadville, with Fr. Johnathan Schmolt, Pastor, officiating.

Interment will take place in St. Brigid Cemetery, West Mead Twp.
