Mary Grace Grippi

Mary Grace Grippi, 91, of 31 N. Park Ave., formerly of 692 Park Ave., Meadville, passed away Monday, January 8, 2018, at Wesbury United Methodist Community.

Mary was born in Meadville, on June 18, 1926, a daughter of the late John and Anna (Tartaglione) Euliano.

On September 18, 1976 Mary married Joseph B. Grippi; he preceded her in death on July 9, 2009.

Mary attended Meadville schools and was a life long member of St. Mary of Grace Roman Catholic Church. Her Catholic faith was very important to her. In her younger years she was employed by the former American Viscose and the former Talon, Inc. She had also worked at several local restaurants. Mary was always a hard worker and managed to care for various family members while working full time. She will be remembered for her kind and giving heart.

Mary is survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers Dominic, James and Andrew Euliano and six sisters Madeline (Jones) Gionti, Josephine Letizia, Lena Balcerek, Therese Valella, Ethel VanHorne and Carmella Wilson.

Family and friends are invited to call Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from 9-10:30 AM at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC.. 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Mary of Grace Roman Catholic Church, 1085 Water St., Meadville.

Mary will be laid to rest at St. Brigid Cemetery, West Mead Twp.
