Marjorie Ella Bell, 98, of Saegertown, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Crawford County Care Center with family by her side.

Marjorie was born in Harrisville on August 28, 1923, a daughter of the late Jesse J. and Gladys E. (Wildman) Stillwagon.  

On April 24, 1940 Marjorie married Frank E. Bell; he preceded her in death on September 1, 2012.

She was of the Methodist faith.

Over the years, Marjorie had been employed as a clerk at the former Rexall Pharmacy of Cochranton, Weldon's of Meadville, as a buyer of women's sportswear by the former Trask's Department Store, and had also worked alongside her husband in the food service department of Edinboro College and West Chester College. She especially enjoyed crocheting, sewing, reading, crossword puzzles, sitting outside amongst her beautiful flowers, watching the birds, time spent surrounded by family, watching golf tournaments, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan. Marjorie will be remembered as a strong woman who overcame many adversities to care for her family. She resided at the Crawford County Care Center since July 2021 where the caring staff treated her as family. She will be sadly missed by all.

Marjorie is survived by seven children, Dr. Margaret "Peggy" Smith (William) of Port Orange, FL, Anthony Bell (partner Jane Wieczork) of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Gary Bell of South Daytona Beach, FL, Marsha Severo (Louis) of Meadville, Steven Bell (Nina) of Arvada, CO, Ross Bell (Peggy) of Meadville, Darby Tenon (Tim) of Salem, VA; 16 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 13 great great grandchildren; in addition to numerous step grandchildren, step great grand children, step great great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her parents, and husband, Frank, of 73 years, Marjorie was preceded in death by her step father, Clyde Hovis; a grandchild, Hayden Smith; and her brother, Merle LeRoy "Lee" Stillwagon, as well as her half and step siblings.  

Celebration of life will be private and held at the discretion of family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Marjorie's memory to Crawford County Care Center, 20881 State Hwy. 198, Saegertown, PA 16433
