Jeffrey V. Airgood

Jeffrey Airgood, 48, of Meadville, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2019, at home.

Jeffrey was born in Woodbury, NJ on August 15, 1970, a son of the late Paul E. and Joan (Wilkinson) Airgood.

Over the years Jeffrey worked in the landscaping industry. He attended schools in Woodbury, NJ. Jeffrey enjoyed listening to music, watching sports and following the Dallas Cowboys. He loved living in Meadville and appreciated the local hills, valley and mountains. Jeff was the kindest, most generous, and loving person. He truly had the biggest heart. If I had to describe him in one word it would be sweet. He would help anyone at any time, even if it meant going without himself. He was also the most forgiving man. He just wanted to be friends with everyone. Even if someone hurt him, he wanted to move past it and be friends again. He was such a gentle and easy going person. An easy man to love. Jeff was happiest with a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate, his music, and good company. He loved his music and would listen to it all day long. Jeff always attracted people to him like a magnet, I've never seen anything like it before. It's like people could just sense his goodness as soon as they came in contact with him. They FELT it. Jeff was the most loyal and loving friend. If you needed an ear, Jeff was your man. He was loved deeply and will be greatly missed.

Jeffrey is survived by a son Zachery Airgood of Philadelphia, a sister Allison Becker of Connecticut, a brother Paul Airgood of New Jersey, Alice Delpizzo who was a dear friend and like a second mother, nephews Jared, Paulie and Jimmy.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Private services will be held.

Arrangements are under the direction of STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE.
