James "Jimmy" F. George

James ‘Jimmy’ F. George, 70, of Saegertown, PA, passed away on Sunday, February 27th, 2022, at Meadville Medical Center following an extended illness.

Jimmy was born January 22, 1952, to Robert H. and Lucy V. George of Carlton, PA.

He graduated from Cochranton High School in 1970 and worked as a carpenter/contractor for many years. Jimmy loved music, particularly good harmony, and spent time playing the bass and singing in a Bluegrass band. He was also a lover of animals, especially dogs.

In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by sister, Janet Giordano (Jim), and brother William George.

Jimmy is survived by sisters Gini Randolph (Gerald), of WV, Mary Bauer (Terry) of MI, brother Dick George (Betty) of AZ, sisters-in-law Evelyn George of PA, Trish George of WV, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Jimmy was cremated per his wishes, and a private service will be held.
