Jacqueline "Jackie" L. Colbert, 66, of 3007 Bremen Ave., Pittsburgh, formerly of Townville, passed away Monday, December 8, 2014 at Family Hospice and Palliative Care, Pittsburgh.

Jackie was born in Meadville, on October 14, 1948, a daughter of the late Frank M. and Florence M. (Courson) Hamilton.

On October 21, 1972 Jackie married Philip G. Colbert; he preceded her in death on September 12, 2000.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Meadville.

Jackie had been employed by Donovan & Bauer Auto Group of Titusville for more than 20 years. She was previously employed by Goodea Construction and Sipco Molding. She was a graduate of Meadville High School. An avid bowler, Jackie was a member of Women's Bowling Alliance where she served as secretary and treasurer for many years. She bowled in various leagues in both Meadville and Titusville. Jackie enjoyed her cat, reading and Broadway instrumental music. She had a passion for Disney World and loved traveling to Florida. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

Jackie is survived by a son Patrick G. Colbert and his wife Michelle, a daughter Tracy L. Dowler and her husband Robert both of Pittsburgh, two grandchildren Alexander and Sophia Dowler, a sister Cheryle Stellato and her husband Anthony of Russell.

In addition to her parents and her husband Philip of 27 years, Jackie was preceded in death by a son Ethan W. Colbert.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, December 12, 2014 from 4-7 PM at Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville. Family and friends are also invited to call on Saturday from 12:30-1:30 PM at the Funeral Home where Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM with Rev. Sarah Roncolato, Pastor of Stone United Methodist Church, officiating.

Jackie will be laid to rest next to her husband Philip in Black Ash Cemetery, Randolph Twp.
