Gloria Jean Saputo

Gloria Jean Saputo, 66, of 21141 Star Route, Meadville, passed away of natural causes on Saturday, March 23, 2019, at Edinboro Manor.

Gloria was born at the former Spencer Hospital in Meadville, on July 21, 1952, a daughter of Dorothy (Box) Saputo and the late Joseph Saputo, Jr.

She was affiliated with St. Agatha Roman Catholic Church.

For many years Gloria was employed by the former GTI and had also been employed at various other places. A graduate of Meadville High School, she had attended the former St. Agatha grade school.

In addition to her mother Dorothy Saputo of Meadville, Gloria is survived by three brothers Joseph Saputo (Peggy) of Dayton, TX, Anthony Saputo, Tim Saputo (Jeanne) both of Meadville, her partner of over 30 years Linda Barnard of Meadville, two nieces and a nephew.

In addition to her father, Gloria was preceded in death by an infant brother, Francis, who was still born.

Private services will be held at St. Agatha Cemetery with Fr. Jeffrey Lucas, Pastor of St. Agatha, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Gloria's memory to Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville.
