Franklin "Frank" Spencer Henry, Sr.

Franklin "Frank" Spencer Henry, Sr., 82, of Meadville, passed away Sunday, August 14, 2022, at home surrounded by his family.

Frank was born in Cleveland, OH, on May 18, 1940, a son of the late Spencer and Geraldine (Miller) Henry.

On November 12, 2013, Frank married Lehuanne Obert; she survives.

He was of the Methodist faith.

A graduate of North High School in East Lake, OH, Frank went on to serve four years in the US Marine Corps. Over the years he was employed by the former Noble Shoes, Ohio Rubber, and as a semi truck driver, before establishing his own cleaning business, C & F Window Cleaning. Following his retirement he enjoyed working as a pizza delivery driver, first for Pizza Hut and most recently for Dominos. He was a hard worker all of his life. His hobbies included wood working and in his younger years he loved to dance. He had a kindness to all animals. Among other things, Frank will be remembered for his great personality and witty sense of humor. He will be missed.

In addition to his wife, Lehuanne, Frank is survived by six children David Henry (Nicte), Franklin Henry, Jr., Kenny Henry (Laurie Lynn), Michelle Juker (Robert), Trista Boyes (Brian), Mindy Henry Prahl (Dave); two step children Tyler Allan Obert, Richard Decker; 19 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; two sisters Nancy Mazurek (Ron), Cathy Thomas (Marshall); a brother John Henry (Karen); numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to call from 3-5 PM on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, where Funeral Services will follow at 5 PM.
