Eugene "Gene" Logan Reaugh

Eugene "Gene" Logan Reaugh, 46, of 10961 Mercer Pike, Meadville, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016, at home.

Gene was born in Meadville, on June 6, 1969, a son of Patricia Ann (Myer) and Allen Bruce Reaugh.

On May 26, 2012, Gene married Patricia Anne Offi; she survives.

A tool and die maker, Gene was employed by Imperial Carbide for the past 18 years. A veteran of the Persian Gulf War, he entered the US Army on April 26, 1988 and served his county until his honorable discharge on June 13, 1991. He was a graduate of Meadville High School. Gene was the type of man who always put the needs of others before his own. He was a protective big brother who will be most remembered for his big heart and kindness towards all.

In addition to his wife, Patricia, Gene is survived by a son Brian Michael Reaugh of Meadville, his mother Patricia Garland and her husband Kenneth of Polk, his father Allen Bruce Reaugh and his wife Barb of Brooksville, FL, his brother Jeffrey Reaugh and his wife Carol of Meadville, his half brother Allen Bruce Reaugh, Jr. of South St. Paul, MN, an uncle David Myer and his wife Lila of Sugar Grove, a niece Megan Reaugh, a nephew Jason Reaugh, his cousins Bob Myer, Dan Myer, Bill Myer, Laura Myer, David Myer and Jennifer Myer.

Gene was preceded in death by an Uncle Robert Myer, his grandparents John and Edna Mae Myer.

Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 at Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville, where Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 22.

Gene will be laid to rest in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Vernon Twp.
