Alice E. Baldesberger

Alice E. Baldesberger, 69, of 314 Erie St., PO Box 503, Saegertown, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2016 at home, surrounded by her family.

Alice was born in Meadville, on January 15, 1947, a daughter of the late Andrew Blair and Martha Addie (Redmond) Lawrence.

On July 22, 1967 Alice married Gregory "Gregg" Michael Baldesberger; he survives.

She was a member of Saegertown United Methodist Church.

After 40 years of service, Alice retired from the Inspection Department of S.M.C., now known as MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions. She was a 1965 graduate of Meadville High School. She enjoyed sewing and working in her flower gardens.

In addition to her husband, Gregg, of 49 years, Alice is survived by a son Michael Andrew Baldesberger and his fiance Leigh Ann Barrett of Cambridge Springs, a daughter Cheri Moss of Jamestown, two grandchildren Brittny Sue Baldesberger of Cambridge Springs, Andrew Nicholas Moss of Jamestown, three great grandchildren Montana, Kennedy, Carlina, a brother John Lawrence and his wife Susan of Meadville, a sister Florence Bruno and her husband Frank of Dahlonega, GA, a special aunt Barbara J. Clark of Meadville, three nephews Bruce, Bill and Blair Lawrence, her dear friends Janice Tripp of Guys Mills, Marilyn Dine of Cambridge Springs and Alberta Drake of Blooming Valley

She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Blair and Martha Addie Lawrence.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, September 30, from 2-4 and 7-9 at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 330 BROAD ST., SAEGERTOWN, where an Eastern Star Service will be held at 3:45. Family and friends are also invited to call on Saturday, from 11-12 at Saegertown United Methodist Church, 620 Euclid Ave., Saegertown, where funeral services will be held at at 12:00 PM with Rev. Darrell L. Greenawalt, Pastor, officiating.

Alice will be laid to rest in Venango Cemetery.
